Market Abusive Practices in the Electricity Market : Presentation

On January 24, I presented at the Florence School of Regulation in a workshop on the abusive practices in the electricity market. Within the framework of Art. 102, I looked at 4 topics:

  1.  When are bids excessive?
  2. Are excessive prices fair?
  3. Are excessive prices harmful? 
  4. How strict should we enforce? 

Note: I did not touch upon market definition and the identification of dominance, which are potentially interesting questions as well.
